The kitchen at the Hotel Sissi has an important role: everything is prepared with care by our Paola, mom and cook first of all, who loves to combine the dishes of the authentic romagna tradition with a pinch of innovation, with proposals that are always new and delicious.

A special attention is paid to the needs of children with high availability for mom and dad to follow their directions for the preparation of meals for their children.

For vegetarians and vegans or for people who have problems of intolerance and allergies , our staff is always available and ready to help in meeting the needs of all.

When we propose a menu of fish (at least three times a week), we always offer an alternative of the meat menu to our guests.

For years we organize the evening romagnola, characterized by typical dishes, so famous, have made our region, such as the piadina, passatelli and tagliatelle. We are also known across the street for our “late night snacks”. What are some examples? The inevitable pizzas, doughnuts, warm the spaghetti of 22.30 and the sangria! From us every pretext is good for a party!
